		<description>As someone who has declared bankrupcty and is now almost 18 months post discharge, I can tell you that you can get credit again.  I have a Master Card with a $500 limit at 14.9%.  I have a car loan also at 14.9%.  

Be very careful about securing credit again!  Many of those so called offers for credit cards to help you rebuild your credit have sky high interest rates and will charge up to $250 in &quot;processing&quot; fees-all for a $500 or $700 credit limit!

And most importantly, get back into the habit of not carrying a balance and pay your bills on time!</description>
