I thought it was a big deal when they were finally able to tell whether you had insurance just by running your plates! That saved my butt on more than one occasion as I always forget to put the new ID in my purse...and yes, I get pulled over probably more than I should! @ NtJs - LOL...I was referring to Texas government, not retailers! Texas government is not about convenience, they're about being conservative pains in the a$$! I think it's ridiculous that we're the only state in the country that has a home equity loan turnaround time of 15 days, and that's if there are no problems. Can you say, "Ice cold 40oz beers by the cash register"? Texas is all about convenience.
