Been *waaay* too long since I’ve done a link round-up, especially since there have been some fantastic posts floating around lately.

• Madoline over at Pecuniarities has a great post on wrapping Christmas presents in painted eggshells! What a cool (and cheap!) way to give a gift to someone!
• Ashley from Wide Open Wallet has a piece on US household debt. Apparently it’s down for the first time ever, and savings rates are up. Unfortunately, it’s not all good news…
• Living Almost Large has a piece lamenting the lack of raises this year. With the cost of living increases, most peoples take home pay has stagnated or even decreased for quite some time now.
• Ginger at Girls Just Wanna Have Funds has a very telling article on ‘Toxic Wives‘. For those who don’t know, Toxic Wives are.. well, basically gold-diggers. Now that the economy is going south, apparently a lot of these Toxic Wives are ditching their now destitute husbands.
