I&#039;m not used to this though because here in the Netherlands arbitration is an option that can be taken before going to court (and can be binding depending on the branch, but you always have the option to go to a court)
I&#039;ve never heard of contracts where you waive any rights to a &quot;real lawsuit&quot; and it sounds like a big loophole</description>
