		<description>You&#039;re right, it doesn&#039;t have to be a natural disaster in order for your food storage to come in handy.  Years ago my husband was laid off for almost a year and having food storage and extra non-food items (like toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.) on hand was one of the ways we got through it fairly painlessly.  I&#039;ve also found that when you don&#039;t have alot of storage space, under the bed works pretty good.</description>
