		<description>Interesting.  I&#039;ve never considered taking a line of credit against CDs.  Good info to have in the back of my head because we have a good chunk of our emergency fund in CDs.  I&#039;ve also never heard of Stock secured loans.  Thanks!</description>

They require you to sign up for a service called Triple Advantage which is a credit monitoring service that you don&#039;t really need, and it&#039;s rather expensive.  Go get your credit report from the government for free at annualcreditreport.com - that&#039;s the site set up by the Federal Trade Commission to give everyone who requests it a free credit report.</description>
