		<description>A great article my friend.  My only qualm would be in regards to &quot;dispute ANY and ALL items you think are inaccurate&quot;.  A &#039;dispute happy&#039; newbie to the credit world may start disputing old addresses.  If said old addresses are linked to old accounts, these accounts would be removed along with the address.  This can be catastrophic to a FICO score.

Other than that, a solid article full of good tips!</description>
